Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, a time when lovers head out for a romantic night on the town to put a little “wow” into their relationship. We’re very appreciative of the “Best Date Night Restaurant” awards that we’ve won this year, and we want to make sure your Valentine’s Day is extra special. We have a wonderful three course dinner just for the occasion. Chef Matt always makes an impression on your palate!

However, Valentine’s Day is more than just a lovely dinner. If you’re looking for some well-rounded date night suggestions, we have just the list for you. Here are some things that our Loveland lovers can do before or after their date night dinner at Next Door Food and Drink!

Our neighbors at The Rialto Theater have the Colorado Jazz Repertory Orchestra featuring special guest Heidi Schmidt for a “Love is in the air” performance series. Stop by for a bite of braised short rib mac & cheese or a lobster pot pie with a glass of wine and walk over to enjoy the show!

4th Street is going to be buzzing with exciting entertainment over Valentine’s Day weekend with the Fire and Ice Festival. There will be live snow sculpting, musical performances, and fireworks! Just the kind of thing to add a little fire to your night! Make your Valentine’s Day reservations with us so you can get some Stuffed Peppadew Peppers and a Sayulita Sunset cocktail with Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila, orange juice, coriander and cumin simple syrup, and grenadine to add some heat.

If crowds and hoopla aren’t your idea of fun and you’d like to do something a little more personal, Lake Loveland is just a short drive from the restaurant. Visit us for some smoked salmon or bacon wrapped dates for tapas with a perfect wine pairing before the crowds build on 4th street. Snuggle up with your sweetheart and steal some romantic lakeside kisses.
