One of our main culinary focuses at Next Door Food and Drink is to keep things interesting for you during each and every visit. That means that we try our best to think outside the box and create dishes that you won’t be able to find anywhere else in Northern Colorado. We keep a balanced menu between comforting favorites and adventurous new dishes.

It can be easy for restaurants to get stuck in a rut, so we rotate some of our dishes every season. You’ll always see the standby favorites, even if they get updated with creative flair. Chef Matt has just added some new summer menu items this week that we’re very excited about, and we think you will be too! We’re going to give you a little highlight in today’s post. Matt Iafeliece, our Front Of The House Manager and Wine Director has provided some pairing suggestions for you as well. Enjoy!

  • Braised Colorado Lamb with pappardelle pasta, tomato ragu, Hazel Dell mushroom, black pepper whipped ricotta and mint gremolata. There’s great value in pairing this with a phenomenal “Super Tuscan” by the name of Seiano from the family of Paolo e Noemia d’ Amici.
