All too often when people think about restaurant meals, they think of freezers, microwaves, and pre-packaged foods.

We’re going to let you in on a little secret – you won’t find that’s the case in our kitchen! Actually, that’s not really a secret, it’s something we’re proud of and want more people to know about.

Every day we’re back in the kitchen starting at 6:00am preparing for the day when most of Loveland is still gently waking up. Our Executive Chef, Ricky Myers with the help of the line crew are busy hand wrapping your favorite bacon-wrapped medjool dates and stuffing peppadew peppers.

The quality of the food that comes out from our kitchen is of utmost importance to us, so we take extra thought and care into selecting our ingredients. We source local products as much as we can, when we can, considering we live in Colorado where the growing season is limited.

If you were to take a sneak peek into our kitchen, you’d find that all of our proteins are always locally sourced. We have Colorado lamb, Aspen Ridge beef, Colorado burgers, and Boulder Natural chicken.

When the snow melts and the sun is brightly shining on the soil of Northern Colorado, you’ll find that the farmers from Revive Gardens have grown some of the tastiest heirloom tomatoes and other vegetables just for us to serve to you!

What about those ingredients that don’t come from Colorado, like the chocolate for our decadent dark chocolate coconut mousse? We’re still carefully selecting those ingredients, too! Chef Ricky takes time out of his busy morning of prep work to taste and sample new ingredients that might make your dish extra delicious. He’ll compare flavors and textures of different options, always making sure that we use items that will wow your taste buds, because it has to impress his first.

The next time you’re trying to decide where to eat in Loveland and find yourself craving something other than the standard fries and burger, you’ll know that we’ll have the freshest flavors of Colorado waiting for you.
