Colorado is the land of craft beer. There are breweries within a stone’s throw of many restaurants and new beers to sip nearly every week. It’s a wonderful place to live! With the vast amount of beer to taste, it’s natural to see food and beer come together in pairing dinners.

Beer pairing dinners have been wildly popular in Northern Colorado, and we’ve had many memorable events with some of our favorite breweries at Next Door Food and Drink – Grimm Brothers, Crow Hop, Verboten, Avery, and Funkwerks – just to name a few!

Our beer pairing dinners tend to sell out quickly because they are a wonderful culinary experience designed by our fantastic team. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list to get the details on all of our pairing events before reservations are scooped up!

If you find yourself short on event reservations, you may want to try to create your very own beer pairing during your regular visits with us. Chef Matt loves to create dishes using local beer. The next time you’re looking for a beer-centric menu, you can try some of these items and ask Matt Iafeliece, our Front Of The House Manager and Wine and Beer Director, for some beer pairing suggestions from what’s on tap:

  • Steamed P.E.I. Mussels – Loveland Aleworks beer, garlic, caramelized onion, Spanish chorizo, and hopped aioli
  • Any one of our pizzas with crust made with Crow Hop Brewery yeast
  • 4th Street Love Burger – Bull & Bear sausage, Loveland Aleworks caramelized onions and peppers, Coffee Tree Espresso Mustard and all cleaned up with a Loveland steam napkin
